Family Care Foundation is a nonprofit Foundation that provides medical care and equipment for patients and families who demonstrate a need, but cannot obtain such service or equipment. We provide healthcare education programs based on community service needs. Family Care Foundation does not have any employees, it is managed by its officers and Board of Directors.
In the last 11 years, the Foundation has provided over $840,000 to individuals in the Texas Panhandle and Amarillo area for healthcare needs. The scope of that coverage has included: Inpatient Rehabilitation, Outpatient procedures, Prescription Drugs, IV Therapy, Eye Glasses, Hearing Aids, Dental Services, Wheel Chairs, Shower Stools, and Tub Rails.
Our mission is: “To assist in the healthcare needs of individuals and the community in a Christian and caring manner while promoting the dignity of the patient."
